Payment Methods
Orders placed online may be paid by credit card
using Visa or American Express. Orders placed by fax or mail may be paid
by Visa, American Express, money order, or personal check. All personal
checks must clear before orders are shipped.
Shipping rates
Shipping rates are
$7.00 for the first calendar, then $2.50 per calendar after
that. Shipping prices are automatically calculated when placing an order
